Terms of service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in any events or services offered by Megan Medlock (Align with Megan), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Align with Megan offers wellness services including, but not limited to, coaching, sound baths, EFT Tapping, Reiki and Meditation sessions. The scope of these services may vary based on the specific session booked.

3. Booking and Payment

  1. Booking: All events and services must be booked in advance. Private, retreat support and corporate sessions are by appointment only. Public group sessions can be booked through the online event booking portal.

  2. Payment: Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made. We accept Revolut, Paypal, bank transfer, and major cards through our online portal for scheduling or events.

  3. Cancellation Policy:

    1. For services, cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable and may be eligible to be rescheduled to another date.

    2. For events, cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled event are eligible for a full refund - class packs will receive that session back to be used on another event. Cancellations made after this period are non-refundable.

  4. Reschedule Policy: Things happen in life, we get it. Rescheduling a service must occur up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Rescheduling made after this period will be treated as late cancellations and are non-refundable.

  5. Class Pack Purchase Policy

    1. Validity & Expiry

      1. The 3 & 6 session class pack is valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

      2. The 12 session class pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

      3. Any unused classes will expire after the validity period and cannot be extended, refunded, or transferred.

    2. Booking & Attendance

      1. Class pack holders must book classes in advance through our designated booking system.

      2. Late arrivals may not be admitted into class, and the session will be deducted from the pack.

    3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

      1. Cancellations or reschedules are made in accordance to the Cancellation and Reschedule Policy above

      2. Missed classes without prior notice will be deducted from the class pack.

    4. Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable

    5. Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable (unless in certain circumstances up to the provider, such as pregnancy or moving out of the country).

      1. They cannot be shared between individuals.

    6. By purchasing a class pack, you agree to the above terms and conditions.

4. Refund Policy

  1. Events and Appointments:

    1. Refunds are only issued for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period - up to 48 hours before the scheduled session or event. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or for services rendered.

  2. Courses, Masterclasses & Memberships:

    1. Purchases of Courses and Masterclasses are non-refundable due to the delivery and digital nature of the content.

    2. Memberships may be cancelled within the Align with Megan Mighty Networks. Access to content will be revoked at the end of the membership period. It is the responsibility of the member to cancel their membership within the portal in a timely manner to avoid unwanted renewal charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Health Disclosure: Clients are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to pregnancy, pacemakers, metal implants, or recent surgeries, prior to booking a session.

  • Personal Conduct: Clients are expected to conduct themselves respectfully during sessions. Any form of inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, and no refund will be provided.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

  • General Disclaimer: The services provided by Align with Megan are intended to promote relaxation and well-being. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

  • Liability: Align with Megan and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

7. Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information. Personal details and session records will not be shared with third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

Align with Megan reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland without regard to its conflict of law principles.
